This month's Pick Hit features the latest release, 662, from guitarist / singer Christone "Kingfish" Ingram. This one got overlooked when it first came out, but now 662 has its rightful spot as a Pick Hit.

Cincinnati-based piano player / singer / songwriter Ben Levin may only be in his early 20s, but the cat has an old soul. The music on his latest CD, Still Here, sounds like it comes from previous generations, and it's this month's Surprise CD.

Our Flashback features a new release by Delmark Records, Six String Soul, featuring 30 years of recordings by guitarist Dave Specter. It's time to reminisce, folks, with some great music from Chicago.
