Download the zip file (for version 11) to load to your computer. Create a database and move this file into the corresponding "backup" directory. NOTE: The above instructions no longer work because of a bug in the v11 DMB Encyclopedia that has still not been addressed since identified in 2014. In the meantime, try this. Download this zip file. When you unzip it there is one directory called CIBL. Using Windows Explorer move that directory in under the main directory for dmbenc11. Then under the File menu in the Encyclopedia software add a reference to CIBL.
