Trading News

The 2011 postseason trading period has already been an active one!

The biggest deal has the Jersey City Skeeters picking up star outfielder Josh Hamilton and a 5th round pick from the Hens for the 8th overall pick in the 2012 draft plus outfielder Casper Wells.

The HiSox traded the 4th overall pick to the Hens for pitcher Yovani Gallardo.

The Empire keep acquiring draft picks, getting four of the Drillers' top five picks in separate deals for Andre Ethier and Doug Fister.

The Sonoran Sidewinders beefed up their roster in separate deals by acquiring southpaw Wandy Rodriguez and outfielder Carlos Quentin in a couple of draft pick deals.
