Trading News

Several blockbuster trades have already occurred since the end of the 2009 season.

The Sluggers traded the first overall pick to the Drillers for pitcher Jair Jurrjens and the Drillers third round selection.

The Synthesis beefed up their roster by acquiring veterans Mark Buehrle and Derek Jeter, plus enigmatic pitcher Andrew Miller, from the Drillers for their first, second and third round picks.

The Legends finally got their man by dealing a first round pick to the Beasts for closer Joe Nathan.

Curtis Granderson is packing his bags again as the speedy centerfielder is heading to the GTA Commuters. The rebuilding Irish pick up pitcher Clay Buchholz in return.

The Drillers again moved to near the top of the draft through a couple of early January deals. They traded outfielder Jason Bay to the Hens for a 1st round pick, and then spun that pick as well as Jorge Cantu to the Skeeters for the 3rd overall pick.
